Conference Packages

The iconic Cofkans hotel is well known for hosting some of the city’s most important events in recent times. Rooms on the first floor flow from the Corridor and complement the Grand Ballroom. Conference accommodates up to 1,500 guests for large dinner and conferences . Small events are suitable for rooms on the first floor, known for being utilized by the Anglogold executives for private and public events. Utilize modern technology, such as ultra-high-speed internet access to support real-time videoconferencing and direct-link satellite broadcasting. Our dedicated conference team are on hand at every stage to ensure your events success.

Notes:
- Full day is from 8am to 5pm (or a maximum of 8 hours)
- Half day is from 8:00am to noon (or a maximum of 4 hours)
- All extra hours will be charged
- All changes have to be made 48 hours prior to the date of the conference.
- Only increasing the number of attendees can be made the day of the event.

Please note: The prices mentioned below, include taxes at the current rate. The above rates will be adjusted should there be a change in taxes. If payable in Ghana Cedis, the hotel rate of exchange is applicable. Teleconferencing, video conferencing, translation service will be provided at an extra charge.
